Prepare AVIKO Super Crunch Zig Zag according to the instructions on the packaging.
Meatballs:
1. Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Then crack the eggs into a bowl, add minced meat, grated Parmigiano cheese, previously soaked bread, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with your hands until you obtain a uniform and soft consistency.
3. Form meatballs so to be approximately 2 cm in size.
4. Cut the carrot and celery into cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely.
5. Heat the olive oil in a large pot and fry the chopped vegetables.
6. Add the meatballs and fry for a few minutes.
7. Add a glass of white wine, raise the temperature and wait until the alcohol evaporates.
8. Season with salt and add a glass of warm water. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning the meatballs from time to time.
9. After this time, the liquid should reduce and the meatballs should be well-fried and soft.
Cheese and pepper sauce:
1. Bake the peppers in an oven preheated to 250°C for 30 minutes.
2. After baking, remove the skin. Cut one of the red peppers into several smaller pieces and set aside.
3. Wash the parsley thoroughly. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
4. In a blender, blend the baked peppers, parsley, onion, garlic and cottage cheese. Finally, season with salt and chili.
Place the fries on a plate and season to taste. On another plate or a small pan, place the sauce, meatballs and pieces of red pepper. Mix lightly and decorate with fresh favorite herbs.
