AVIKO Zig Zag fries with chicken salad, crispy bacon, baby spinach and yogurt sauce
AVIKO Zig Zag fries
300 g fresh spinach, washed and dried
80 g of Emmentaler cheese
1 chicken breast
300 g sliced bacon
a few sprigs of thyme
salt pepper
For the sauce you need:
1 clove of garlic
4 anchovy fillets
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
olive oil
1 cup of natural yogurt
salt pepper
1. Peel and crush the garlic, then mix in a blender with anchovies, lemon juice, olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the cheese into cubes. Place the spinach in a low, wide bowl. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the bacon slices on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in the oven until golden and crispy. Place on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain excess fat.
3. Prepare the fries according to the recipe on the package. In the meantime, fry the chicken breast in a pan with a few sprigs of thyme, season with salt and pepper and simmer covered until it is ready and acquires an appetizing ruddy color.
4. Mix the spinach leaves with half of the prepared sauce. Cut the chicken into thin slices and arrange on the spinach with bacon, fries and cheese. Pour over the remaining sauce.
