We prepare Super Crunch Zig Zag fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
Guacamole:
1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and use a spoon to remove the pit. Then take out the flesh and put it in a bowl.
2. Combine the pulp with ½ lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and chop the avocado with a fork.
3. Finely chop the shallot. Wash the tomato and cut it into cubes. Cut the chilli in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips, then into cubes.
4. In a bowl with avocado, combine the shallot, tomato, chilli and olive oil. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
Salad:
1. We cut the vegetables into slices.
2. Combine in a bowl and season to taste with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Hamburger:
1. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, 1 egg, garlic, parsley, milk, grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, mustard, ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and put it on the pastry board and form a large square about 1 cm thick.
2. Sprinkle it with flour from above. Then, using a glass or a special disc, cut out chops (burgers) from the meat.
3. Sprinkle the chops with flour on all sides, put them into a bowl with beaten egg, and then into a bowl with breadcrumbs and toasted corn flour.
4. Fry the burgers in a pan with plenty of oil. Put the ready cutlets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes until they are properly browned and crispy.
5. Cut each roll in half. Put a portion of salad on the bottom half, cover with a burger.
6. Spread the guacamole on the other (upper) half of the bun and put it on the burger.
7. Serve on a plate with a portion of salted fries and an additional portion of guacamole in a bowl.
Good advice:
After cutting the bun, you can gently bake it in the oven - you can also put a slice of cheese on the bottom half. The burger can be cut in half and fastened with a toothpick.
