Beef fajitas with onion, peppers, sour cream and AVIKO Super Crunch Julienne fries
AVIKO Super Crunch Julienne
700g of beef
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
parsley finely chopped
cumin
1 glass of beer
8 tortillas
sour cream
1. Cut the meat into thin strips and place in a bowl.
2. Prepare the marinade in a separate bowl: mix lemon juice and zest, beer, cumin, chili powder, sweet pepper, salt and a little olive oil. When mixed thoroughly, pour over the meat, cover with foil and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
3. Wash the peppers and cut them into strips. Cut the onion into circles.
4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and pepper, stirring from time to time, until they soften. Add the meat and fry over medium heat for a few minutes. Season with salt.
5. Prepare AVIKO Super Crunch Julienne fries according to the instructions on the package.
6. We serve in the "DIY" option, i.e. in your own composition "do it yourself" or "anyone can roll it" :) - separate bowl with filling, tortillas, bowl with cream and plate with fries.
Good tip:
Tortillas can be lightly sprinkled with water and heated in the oven before serving. Don't forget to serve napkins and add a pinch of salt to the fries :)
