Main required ingredient

Ingredients

AVIKO Skinny Fries
1 can of chickpeas
2 teaspoons of wine vinegar
½ teaspoon of mustard
½ teaspoon of black salt
1 tablespoon of inactive yeast flakes
a pinch of sugar
1 ½ cups of good oil
1 clove of garlic
spices: 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of dried parsley, ½ teaspoon of oregano, ½ teaspoon of chili, ½ teaspoon of salt

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake AVIKO Skinny fries on a baking tray lined with paper for about 20 minutes.
2. Meantime prepare the mayonnaise and spice mix for the fries.
Pour the water from 1 can of chickpeas into a tall container and add wine vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar, garlic and inactive yeast flakes. Mix everything until all ingredients are well combined. Then slowly pour the oil in a thin stream, constantly blending the mixture at the highest speed. About halfway through pouring the oil, start moving the blender up and down to combine all the ingredients. All ingredients will combine and the mayonnaise will thicken.
3. Put a portion of mayonnaise into a small bowl and put the remaining part in the fridge. Store homemade mayonnaise in the refrigerator and use it within two weeks.
4. Mix the spices: granulated garlic, onion powder, paprika, dried parsley, oregano, chili and salt. Mix the fries with spices and serve with mayonnaise.
