Skinny Fries with pulled turkey, pickled red onion and sour cream
AVIKO Skinny Fries
1 turkey leg
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of hot smoked paprika
2 teaspoons of thyme
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
olive oil
½ bunch of chives and coriander
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
2-3 cloves
100ml of wine vinegar
200ml of water
3-4 red onions
juice of ½ lime
200ml of sour cream
100g Cheddar cheese
1. Rub the turkey leg with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, coriander, cumin and olive oil and bake for 2-2 ½ hours at 180 degrees. For the last 20 minutes, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and place the fries in the oven on a separate tray lined with baking paper.
2. Remove the meat from the oven and separate it using two forks, and then mix it with the sauce resulting from baking. Place the meat on a baking tray with fries, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. In the meantime, mix the cream with lime juice.
4. Eat immediately after taking out, sprinkle with cream and chopped coriander and chives.
