Preapare AVIKO Sweet potato fries according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut cheese into cubes or grate it using a grater.

Wash the tomatoes, cut into halves or quarters, season to taste with salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil.

On each plate put a portion of fries, salt, decorate with tomatoes, basil leaves and cheese cubes and serve with pesto on the side.
