Cream of potatoes, leek and Gorgonzola cheese with AVIKO Sweet potato fries
1-2 packages of Aviko Sweet Fries
600 g leek
400 g potatoes
1 liter of vegetable broth
a few parsley leaves
salt and pepper
50 g of Gorgonzola cheese
a handful of roasted pumpkin seeds
extra virgin olive oil
1. Prepare Sweet Potato Fries according to the instructions on the package.
2. Wash the leeks and cut them into rings. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
3. Then put the leeks and potatoes into a pot, pour in the vegetable stock and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Blend the cooked vegetables and season with salt. Cut the gorgolzola into cubes.
5. Add olive oil to the cream, mix and place on plates.
5. Add Gorgonzola, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and parsley and arrange the sweet potato fries.

You can also lightly sprinkle the cream with some flavored olive oil (a few drops).
