Shawarma with mushrooms or beef in pita bread with tahini sauce

200g oyster mushrooms
200g mushrooms
1kg of beef (preferably sliced roast beef)
2 – 3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup of red wine vinegar
spices: 1 teaspoon of seven Arabic spices, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of cumin, ½ teaspoon of coriander, ½ teaspoon of hot pepper, salt and pepper to taste
4 large tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
Iceberg lettuce
1 large onion
3-4 tablespoons of tahini
fresh parsley
Arabic bread - pita, 2-4 pieces

1. Cut the beef or mushrooms into 1- centimeter strips. Mix garlic, olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice and spices together. Pour the marinade over the meat or mushrooms, mix everything and leave in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours (preferably overnight).
2. Chop the iceberg lettuce, onion and parsley. Mix the onion and parsley with tahini, salt and 7 spices (if the tahini is too thick, you can add a small amount of cold water). Preheat the oven to 240 degrees, add chopped tomatoes to the meat/mushrooms, cover with aluminum foil and bake until soft - about 20-25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
3. Halfway through baking the meat/mushrooms, place the fries on a baking tray lined with paper and bake them for about 20 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
4. After baking, remove the meat/mushrooms and put them in the Arabic bread along with all the additions - lettuce, baked tomatoes.
