Crispy chicken with roasted vegetables and rosemary served with AVIKO Pati Parts Garlic

Ingredients

AVIKO Pati Parts Garlic
1 whole chicken (approx. 2kg)
a few sprigs of fresh rosemary (or dried spice)
a few fresh sage leaves (or dried spice)
4 cloves of garlic
3 onions
100g  ofbutter
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 zucchini

Vegetables:
1. Cut the pepper into strips. Cut the zucchini into slices and cut both onions in half. Season them with salt, pepper and rosemary and set aside.

Chicken:
1. In a bowl, combine thinly sliced rosemary leaves, sage, salt, pepper and olive oil. The consistency should be thick and creamy.
2. Brush marinade into the chicken on all sides. Put the butter and peeled onion inside the chicken.
3. Tie the chicken with kitchen string so that it does not fall apart during baking.
4. Place it on an oiled baking tray (a large ovenproof dish will also work great!). Remember that for every 1kg of chicken there is 1 ½ hour of baking time.
5. Bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 220°C for about 35 minutes on the lowest level. Then we open the door and pour the sauce created during baking over the chicken. Cover it with aluminum foil. Close the oven and continue baking at 220°C for another 1 ½ hours.
6. After this time, place the chicken on a medium level, remove the aluminum foil, add chopped vegetables and cover the whole thing with the sauce created during baking.
7. At the end of baking, turn on the grill function and bake the chicken, creating a crispy skin.
8. Prepare AVIKO Pati Parts Garlic according to the instructions on the packaging.

We serve a dish to share at the table - chicken on a separate platter with vegetables and potato pieces seasoned with spices. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
