Baked Pati Parts Garlic with beef, eggplant and cheese
AVIKO Pati Parts Garlic
500g ground beef
2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 can of chopped tomatoes
salt to taste
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of hot smoked paprika
150ml red wine (optional)
2 eggplants
200ml of oil for frying
200g of grated cheese
Fry the ground beef in a heated pan. Then add finely chopped onion and butter. When the onion softens, add the red wine and let it evaporate, and then add tomatoes, pressed garlic, nutmeg, oregano and smoked paprika. Stew everything for about an hour over low heat.
In the meantime, preheat the oven according to the instructions on the Pati Parts Garlic package and bake the potatoes.
Cut the eggplant into cubes and sprinkle generously with salt. After 10 minutes, rinse, dry with a paper towel and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Place Pati Parts Garlic in an ovenproof dish. Then add the eggplant, sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake together for another 15-20 minutes in the oven.
