AVIKO Pati Parts
5 royal oyster mushrooms (preferably) or 200 g of classic oyster mushrooms
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
salt to taste
¼ - ½ chilli
2 cloves of garlic
⅓ cup of BBQ sauce
2 avocados
½ bunch of coriander
juice of ½ lime
½ red onion
chilli flakes
200 g of thick cream
a few sprigs of fresh coriander
juice of ½ lime

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and then separate them into smaller pieces using a fork. Mix with olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, chili and pressed garlic. Place the prepared mushrooms on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare Pati Parts according to the instructions on the packaging.

Place the pulled oyster mushrooms between the baked Pati Parts and sprinkle the whole thing with cheese. Bake everything again for 5-8 minutes.

In the meantime, we prepare the additions. Mash the avocado with a fork along with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Then mix with finely chopped red onion. Optionally, you can add some chili flakes. Mix the cream with fresh coriander and lime juice.

Serve the baked Pati Parts immediately, accompanied by toppings.
