AVIKO Sweet potato fries / AVIKO Sweet potato crinkle fries

1 egg
30 g of your favorite mature cheese (Parmesan, Grana Padano)
10-15 ml balsamic vinegar cream

Prepare AVIKO Sweet potato fries according to the instructions on the package.

Separate the yolk from the white. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in the white, spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Wait for it to touch (30-45 seconds), then gently place the yolk in the middle. Gently wrap the yolk around each side with the set white (you will get something like an envelope). After 30 seconds, turn the egg over, fry for another 30 seconds and it's ready.

Place the egg on the fries, generously sprinkle with cheese and finally pour the balsamic vinegar cream. Enjoy!
