AVIKO Grip ’n Dip
Sauce:
300 g feta cheese
150 ml 18% cream
2 g fresh rosemary finely chopped
1 fresh red chilli
zest of 1/2 lemon
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
Recipe
Prepare AVIKO Grip 'n Dip according to the instructions on the package.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat, add rosemary, finely chopped chilli and fry for 30 seconds, add garlic and lemon zest, fry for another 30 seconds, then add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add bryndza, mix and use a blender to blend all ingredients until you get a creamy sauce.
Serve the fries hot with the sauce and crumbles of feta cheese. Enjoy! :)
