AVIKO Pom' croquettes served with four cheese sauce and roasted walnuts
AVIKO Pom' croquettes
80 g of Taleggio soft cheese
80 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese
100 g of Gorgonzola dolce cheese
80 g of Emmentaler cheese
180 g of milk
salt and pepper
a handful of roasted walnuts without skin
a few sprigs of fresh thyme or watercress
1. Grate the Emmental cheese and set aside.
2. Cut Gorgonzola and Taleggio cheese into small pieces.
3. Heat the milk in a pot over low heat. Add Gorgonzola and Taleggio and mix. Add grated Emmental cheese and grated Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese and continue mixing. Remove from heat.
4. Season with pepper and salt. Mix again and add a few leaves of fresh thyme and roasted nuts.
5. Prepare croquettes according to the instructions on the packaging.
Place a portion of the sauce on a plate and spread it gently with a spoon. Place a few croquettes on the sauce and decorate the whole thing with the sauce and nuts and decorate with cress leaves.
