Ingredients
AVIKO Pom' Patati
Ketchup:
500g tomato passata
2 red onions
½ unpeeled apple
½ cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
nutmeg, fresh ginger, sweet pepper
Worcestershire sauce
olive oil
salt
Recipe
AVIKO Pom' Patati prepare as suggested on the package.
Ketchup:
1. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a large pan with three tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Add finely chopped apple and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add apple cider vinegar, grated ginger if desired, nutmeg and sweet paprika, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt.
3. Mix thoroughly and cook for about 1 hour.
4. Remove the ketchup from the heat, blend and pass through a sieve to make it smooth.
