AVIKO Onion rings
Sauce:
50g Mozzarella, thinly sliced
50g butter
50g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
50g of Gorgonzola cheese
50g of Emmentaler cheese
50g of milk
50g cream 30%
salt and black pepper
Recipe
Prepare AVIKO Onion Rings according to the instructions on the package - either in a fryer or in the oven.
Sauce:
1. Melt the butter in a pot, add all the cheeses, milk and cream.
2. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Once the cheeses have melted, season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
Place a portion of sauce on a plate and top it with a few crispy onion rings. Serve warm with an additional bowl of sauce.
