Prepare Onion Rings according to the information on the package - either in a fryer or in the oven.
Hamburger:
1. Place the meat in a bowl and combine with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
2. Form eight mini hamburgers with a diameter slightly larger than the bun.
3. Fry the burgers in a pan with a thick non-stick bottom.
Halloumi:
Fry the cheese in a pan.
Salad:
Tear the lettuce and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon.
Sauce:
1. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices.
2. Cut the chili lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.
3. Peel the onion and cut into circles.
4. Wash the parsley, cut off the leaves and chop finely. You should get about 30 g of parsley.
5. Repeat the same operation with oregano leaves, of which you should get about 5 g.
6. Place all the chopped ingredients in a blender, season with salt, pepper, cumin, vinegar, olive oil and paprika and blend.
Cut the rolls in half and lightly grill them. Spread the sauce on one side of the grilled bun, put halloumi cheese, hamburger and onion rings on top and cover with the top layer of the bun. Serve with fresh salad.
Good advice:
Use different buns - wheat, multigrain, wholemeal or fitness. Additionally, you can fasten each mini hamburger with a toothpick.
