AVIKO Churros with white and dark (64%) chocolate sauces, chopped hazelnuts and coconut flakes
AVIKO Churros
50g of white chocolate
5g dark chocolate 64%
a handful of roasted and crushed hazelnuts
2 large spoons of cocoa
Prepare AVIKO Churros according to the instructions on the packaging.
Chocolate sauces:
1. Crumble the chocolate and place it in two bowls - white chocolate in one, dark chocolate in the other.
2. Melt both chocolates in a water bath over boiling water.
3. To prevent the chocolate from hardening, add a teaspoon of oil (e.g. delicate coconut oil will work great).
Dip Churros in chocolate and then sprinkle with nuts, coconut and cocoa.
