AVIKO Churros with lavender sugar and dark chocolate

Ingredients
AVIKO Churros
100g butter
50g cocoa
100g of powdered sugar
½ cup of milk
½ cup of fine sugar
1 teaspoon of dried lavender
Recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the churros on baking paper and bake for about 7 minutes.
2. Melt the butter in a pot and then mix it with cocoa, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Place dried lavender flowers and a spoon with ½ cup of sugar in a mortar and grind gently. Then mix the ground sugar and lavender with the remaining sugar.
3. Sprinkle the baked churros generously with sugar and lavender and serve with chocolate.
