AVIKO Churros
100 ml heavy cream
100 g of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of butter
1 pack halva hair
20 g unsalted shelled pistachios

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the Churros on baking paper and bake for about 7 minutes.
2. In the meantime, heat the cream with the chocolate and a spoon of butter over steam, stirring constantly.
3. Serve the Churros generously covered with chocolate, sprinkled with halva hair and crushed pistachios.
