AVIKO Churros with gingerbread sauce and dark chocolate and blue cheese sauce
AVIKO Churros
Gingerbread cream:
200g of good quality white chocolate
100-125ml of whipping cream
½ teaspoon of gingerbread spice
5-6 pieces of spiced biscuits/gingerbreads
Dark chocolate and blue cheese cream:
200ml of whipping cream
200g of good quality dark chocolate
about 50g of blue cheese
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake AVIKO Churros for about 10 minutes, according to the instructions on the package, until they get golden and crispy. Meantime prepare the creams.
Gingerbread cream:
Heat cream in a small pot. Finely chop the white chocolate and crumble the gingerbreads. Add chocolate and gingerbread spice to the hot cream and mix everything. Place the cream in a small bowl and sprinkle with crushed gingerbread.
Dark chocolate and blue cheese cream:
Heat the cream in a small pot. Finely chop the dark chocolate and crumble the blue cheese. Add chocolate and blue cheese to the hot cream. Mix everything until the ingredients are combined. Place the cream in a small bowl.
Serve with slightly cooled churros and sauces in bowls.
