Ingredients
AVIKO Churros
50 g sugar
50 g butter (at room temperature)
100 ml hot milk
1 can condensed milk (400ml)
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
Recipe
Prepare AVIKO Churros according to the instructions on the package.
Pour the sugar into a pot and stir over low heat until it dissolves and turns amber. Slowly add the butter, stirring each time and waiting for it to combine well with the sugar. Then add a little hot milk, stirring after each addition, until the liquid is velvety. Add the condensed milk, salt and cinnamon, mix and boil, stirring constantly, until a thick and creamy consistency is achieved (about 5 minutes). Dulce de leche is ready.
Serve AVIKO Churros with warm sauce. Finger-licking good! :)
