AVIKO Jalapeño Balls
1 pork tenderloin
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
1 large ripe avocado
1 large ripe mango
1 bunch of cilantro
1 red onion
1-2 limes
1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 jalapeño pepper

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Then cut off the membranes from the pork tenderloin and sprinkle it generously with salt, pepper and garlic. Fry in hot oil until golden-brown. Transfer the fried tenderloin to the baking sheet and bake for about 6-8 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the AVIKO Jalapeño Balls according to the instructions on the package. Peel and dice the mango, onion and avocado. Finely chop the cilantro and jalapeno. Mix everything with lemon juice and olive oil. Season to taste with salt.

Put the salad, sliced pork tenderloin and AVIKO Jalapeño Balls. Serve right away.
