AVIKO Jalapeño Balls with tomato salsa and yogurt-lime sauce
AVIKO Jalapeño Balls
Tomato salsa:
1-2 ripe tomatoes
1 red onion
½ bunch of fresh coriander
1 jalapeno
½ red or yellow pepper
½ teaspoon of ground cumin
salt to taste
juice of ½ lime
Yogurt-lime salsa:
200g of thick Greek yogurt
½ red onion
½ bunch of coriander
juice of ½ lime
zest of ½ lime
salt to taste
Prepare AVIKO Jalapeño Balls according to the instructions on the package.
Tomato salsa:
Wash the tomatoes and peel the onion. Wash jalapeno and pepper and remove seeds. Then cut it into smaller pieces and blend it in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Set aside in the fridge for an hour. Season everything to taste with salt and cumin.
Yogurt-lime salsa:
Mix the yogurt with lime juice, lime zest, finely chopped coriander and onion. Season everything with salt to taste.
