Main required ingredient

Ingredients

AVIKO Pati Parts Tex Mex
1,5kg of ribs

Marinate:
2 tablespoons of cane sugar
2 tablespoons of sweet pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of mustard
1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
extra virgin olive oil
BBQ sauce
vinegar and apple juice to season the ribs

Salad:
300g celery
a handful of colorful tomatoes
1 red onion
a bunch of coriander
lime
125g of sour cream
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil

1. Clean the ribs.
2. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and brush the prepared marinade into the ribs.
3. Then place ribs on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with aluminum foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes.
4. After 40 minutes of baking, remove the aluminum foil, spread the BBQ sauce on the ribs and continue baking for another hour and a half.
5. Check whether the ribs are cooked and whether the meat comes off the bones easily. If necessary, bake for another 15-20 minutes.
6. Prepare AVIKO Pati Parts Tex Mex according to the instructions on the package - you can place it and bake it on a baking tray together with the ribs.

Salad:
1. Cut the tomatoes in half, cut the onion into half moons, and cut the celery into cubes.
2. Mix the cream with the juice of half a lime, salt, pepper and a drop of olive oil.
3. Chop the coriander. Place the vegetables in a bowl, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with coriander.

Enjoy your meal! :)
