Hamburgers:
12 mini buns
500g ground beef
1 egg
50g breadcrumbs
salt pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of a mix of sweet and hot peppers
olive oil
AVIKO Sweet potato fries prepare as suggested on the package.
Cheese sauce:
Melt the butter in a pot, add chopped pepper and chilli, then flour and milk, stirring slowly to avoid burning. When the cream has the right consistency, add the grated cheese and when it melts, serve. If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk, if too thin, add a little cheese.
Guacamole:
Chop the onion and chilli. Peel and cut the avocado, add lime juice and mash with a fork. Add the onion and chilli, season with salt and pepper and serve.
Hamburgers:
In a large bowl, mix the beef, mustard, both peppers, egg and breadcrumbs - mix the mixture with your hands, form 12 small balls and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Then fry in a Teflon pan until they remain juicy. In the second pan heat the rolls - cut in halves.
When the burgers are ready, season them and place them on the bun.
