

AVIKO Sweet potato fries with colorful hummus










AVIKO Sweet potato fries
Hummus:
600 g chickpeas (canned or previously cooked)
2 heaping tablespoons of tahini
150 g hot water
juice of half a lemon
30 g sesame oil
1 clove of garlic
salt pepper
For coloring: dried beetroot, dried parsley, turmeric, smoked paprika
Fries:
Prepare as suggested on the package.
Hummus:
Place the drained chickpeas in the blender jar. Add a few tablespoons of marinade or chickpea cooking water and mix into a paste.
In the meantime, add the rest of the ingredients: lemon juice, garlic, tahini paste, about 2 pinches of salt, a pinch of pepper, sesame oil.
While mixing, gradually add more liquid to obtain the desired paste consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Color as you wish.
