Main required ingredient

Ingredients

AVIKO Sweet potato fries
a package of fresh arugula
package of blackberries (fresh or frozen)
Halloumi cheese (1 package)
package of refrigerated puff pastry (ready to eat)
clarified, melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
a few sprigs of thyme
olive oil

1. Prepare sweet potato fries according to the instructions on the package - preheat the oven to 220°C and fry the fries for 15-20 minutes on a baking tray.
2. Wash the arugula and blackberries. Cut the Halloumi cheese into cubes approximately 2 by 2 centimeters.
3. Cut the puff pastry into squares of about 15 centimeters - put cheese and a spoonful of blackberries in the center of each square, then fold the sides inward to form a pouch. Brush the ends with warm water to make them stick together better. Grease the pouch glued at the top with butter and place a sprig of thyme on it. Bake in the oven (together with the fries) until golden brown.
4. Place a portion of fries seasoned with salt and sprinkled with arugula on each plate. Drizzle with olive oil. Add 2 pouches. Serve hot.

Good advice:
Instead of Halloumi cheese, you can use another favorite cheese - any cheese will go well with blackberries! Instead of blackberries, cranberries will also work perfectly.
