100 g mushrooms
1 onion
2-3 tablespoons of clarified butter
1 clove of garlic
1 pack canned tomatoes
1 pack canned white beans
4 marquez beef sausages
4 thin slices of bacon
4 eggs
2 tomatoes
spices: 1 teaspoon of cumin, ½ teaspoon of coriander, 1 teaspoon of marjoram, ½ teaspoon of thyme, a pinch of chili and sugar, salt and pepper to taste
to serve: bread, fresh herbs

We start by preparing the beans in tomatoes: heat a tablespoon of clarified butter in a pan and fry the finely diced onion. Then add spices: cumin, coriander, marjoram, chili, thyme, a pinch of sugar and canned tomatoes, finely chopped garlic and beans. Cook everything over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.

At the same time, preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake Rösti pancakes for 15-20 minutes, according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, fry the mushrooms in butter with a little salt and grill the tomatoes. In a separate pan, fry the beef sausages and bacon. Then fry the eggs in the pan after the meat.

Put 2 tablespoons of beans, 2 sausages, 1 tomato, a few mushrooms, 2-3 tablespoons of beans and 3-4 Rösti on a plate. We serve immediately.

Good tip: You can also make this recipe in a vegetarian version using meat substitutes, and instead of Rösti pancakes, use tasty Rösti Mini Airfryer potato pancakes!
