1 pack mascarpone
100 g whipping cream
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of natural vanilla
1 kg of apples
1 kg of pears
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon of ground anise
½ teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons of honey
50 g butter

We start by preparing potato pancakes according to the instructions on the package.

Peel the apples and pears and cut them into cubes. Then melt the butter with honey and spices in a pan. When the mixture begins to smell intensely, add apples and pears. Fry the jam for about 10-15 minutes covered, then remove the lid and evaporate excess water.

Whip the mascarpone with heavy cream, lemon peel, powdered sugar and vanilla.

Then spread the jam and a spoonful of whipped cream on the warm pancakes. We serve immediately.
