AVIKO Potato pancakes with grilled stuffed red peppers with feta cheese and cream sauce
AVIKO Potato pancakes
Stuffed peppers:
4 roasted red peppers (ramiro type)
600g feta cheese
100g Greek yogurt
finely chopped dill
a pinch of black pepper
chilli flakes
Cream sauce:
200ml 12% cream
juice of 1/3 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
a pinch of chilli flakes
a pinch of wild garlic
Prepare the AVIKO Potato pancakes according to the instructions on the package.
Stuffed peppers:
Pre-bake the peppers in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes, then remove and leave to cool. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese with the yogurt, dill, pepper and chilli. Fill the peppers with the feta cheese mixture and place on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Sauce:
Mix all the ingredients and the sauce is ready.

2 tablespoons of cream sauce
