AVIKO Potato pancakes
2-3 peaches (fresh or in syrup)
400 g cream cheese
2 tablespoons honey
fresh thyme finely chopped
black pepper
Recipe
Prepare AVIKO Potato pancakes according to the instructions on the package.
Mix the cheese and beat with the honey and thyme until creamy.
Cut the peaches into thin slices.
To serve one portion:
2 potato pancakes
200g cream cheese mousse
half a peach
Spread the cream cheese mousse on the pancake, then the peach slices, sprinkle with a little black pepper and decorate with fresh thyme. Enjoy!
