Baked cauliflower with cinnamon, grilled halloumi and AVIKO Purée with milk and butter

Ingredients

AVIKO Purée with milk and butter
1 large cauliflower

Cream:
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
a pinch of cumin
sweet pepper
1 tablespoon of tahini
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
possibly a little water

Additionally:
4 slices of halloumi cheese

Cauliflower
1. Peel the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces so that it does not crumble.
2. Then place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Mix the spices in a bowl and pour them over the cauliflower. Then cover it with baking paper and aluminum foil and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes.
4. After this time, remove the baking paper and foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.

Halloumi cheese
1. Cut the cheese into slices about 1 cm thick.
2. Fry it in a heated grill pan with a little olive oil for about 1 minute on each side.

Prepare Aviko PURÉE WITH MILK AND BUTTER according to the instructions on the packaging.

Place a large portion of purée on a plate - it is a good idea to sprinkle it lightly with olive oil. Next to it, place a portion of cauliflower (season to taste) and 1-2 pieces of grilled halloumi cheese.
