AVIKO Grip'n dip fries

Avocado and fried chorizo dip:

2-3 ripe avocados
1 red onion
1-2 limes
1 bunch of coriander
spices: a pinch of chili, salt to taste
100 g chorizo
1 bunch of coriander

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the Grip'n Dip fries for about 12 minutes, according to the instructions on the foil.

Blend the avocado with salt, lime juice and a pinch of chili. If the paste is too thick, you can add a small amount of still water. Then mix everything with finely chopped coriander and red onion. In the meantime, heat a dry frying pan and fry the chorizo until golden.

Place the avocado dip in a deeper plate and sprinkle with crispy chorizo. Serve with baked Grip 'n Dip fries.
